Preorder Terms

Preorder items are pieces we don't hold in ready stock — they're sourced or made specifically once you order, often to bring you styles in limited runs, new arrivals, or made-to-order sizes. Because of this, preorders take longer to reach you than our regular in-stock items.

Preorder pieces are clearly marked with a "Preorder" label on the product card and product page, so you always know before you buy.

Preorders are paid in full at checkout, just like any regular order — there is no separate deposit or balance payment. Your payment confirms and locks in your preorder.

Preorder items are delivered within 21 days of your order date. This is longer than our standard delivery window because these pieces are sourced or prepared specifically for you after you order.

You may cancel a preorder for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your preorder is confirmed and locked in, since sourcing begins on our end.

If we're unable to deliver your preorder within the 21-day window, we'll contact you directly — you can choose to keep waiting for your item or receive a full refund, no questions asked.

• Preorder items are not eligible for our standard 24-hour wrong-item return window in the same way as in-stock items — please reach out to us directly for any issue with a preorder piece.
• Delivery fees for preorders are non-refundable once your item has been dispatched.
• We'll keep you updated by email if there's any change to your preorder's expected delivery date.
