Pre-order Policy

1. What is a preorder?

A preorder means you’re reserving an item that is not yet in stock but will be available soon. When you place a preorder, you’re securing your piece before it sells out.

 

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of preorder to confirm your reservation. This guarantees your item will be delivered once available.


3. Estimated delivery date

The estimated delivery time is 3-4 weeks. These are estimated, not guaranteed —but we try our best to stay within the listed timelines. We’ll update you by email if timelines change.


4. Mixed orders (preorder + in-stock items)

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your order will ship together once all items are available.

If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.


5. Cancellations

Preorders are shipped within 24 hours of order and therefore cannot be cancelled as they will already be in transit to be shipped into the country.


6. Refunds & returns

Preorders are non-refundable except in the case of a product defect or a delay exceeding 7 days beyond the estimated delivery date. Returns for other reasons (like change of mind) are not accepted.


7. Updates

We’ll keep you updated via email on your preorder’s shipping and delivery status. You can also contact us anytime at damemagicstore@gmail.com for updates.


8. Shipping once available

Once your preorder item arrives in stock, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with details. Delivery time depends on your chosen delivery method and destination.


9. Price adjustments

Prices are locked in at the time of preorder. If the product’s retail price changes later, you’ll still pay the preorder rate.


10. By placing a preorder

You agree to the terms stated above and understand that preorder items are custom-reserved for you
